Fit Kristen USA uses a variety of equipment, including free weights, resistance bands, TRX, and cardio machines. Training programs are customized based on the client's goals, preferences, and limitations, if any. The "at-home" workouts found in Fit Kristen's programs utilize your own bodyweight more than anything, and require minimal equipment.
Individual training sessions last 30 or 60 minutes, but they can be adjusted based on the client's schedule and availability. Workouts found in Fit Kristen's programs are efficient and are anywhere from 20 to 30 minutes long.
Absolutely! With programming that balances running training with mobility and strength training, you train your body and mind to run a race without boredom, burnout, or injury. My running programs are designed to do just that! Check out my store for more information.
Fit Kristen Personal Training was founded in 2014 by Kristen Elias Meredith. Kristen has always found physical activity to be the best and healthiest outlet for the stresses of daily life. It helped her stay balanced when work was intense, it kept her up when life got her down, and it allowed her body to stay strong and ready for adventures. She played sports her whole life (volleyball, softball, basketball, soccer) and always enjoys a good outdoor adventure.
She acquired her Personal Fitness Trainer Certification through the International Sports Sciences Association (ISSA) and her Pilates Instructor Certification through Balanced Body, and she always keeps up to date with CPR and AED certification renewals. Whether she's working in Fitness Clubs, Studios, Gyms, or in Home environments, she believes anyone can increase their quality of life through movement and healthy habits.

Kristen grew up playing sports and loving athletic and outdoor activities. She played beach volleyball through college, and received her Bachelor's Degree in International Relations from the University of San Diego. After graduating, she moved to the east coast to pursuing a career in public policy, working as a Legislative Aide in the US Capitol. After transitioning out of her career in Washington DC, she acquired her Personal Fitness Trainer and Pilates Instructor Certification.
